Conditions for Returns
For Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

You have the right to cancel your Order within 1 day/24 hours without giving any reason.
Your order will not be accepted after receiving the Goods or when delivered to a third party

Return Process
Please contact us via email when you wish to initiate a return.
Once we have accepted your return request, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our fault or error.
Damaged/Defective Goods

You have completed all valid payments for the product
The product is unused and undamaged, not damaged by your fault
Your product requires a receipt or proof of purchase
We accept refunds within 30 days, we will arrange a refund for you if the product is faulty.
Refund Methods
Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
The refund will include the purchase price of the product minus any shipping charges, discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
Once we have received your returned parcel, we will process your parcel. Once your refund is issued, please wait until it is processed and appears on your bank statement.
If you still haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially credited.

Damaged Order
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong product so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
