Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. The following are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing

Cut-off Time: 6PM (PST) (Monday to Saturday)

Order Processing Time: We will process orders within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends and some holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is within 7-15 business days from the date the order is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).

Signature required upon delivery Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Cost

$6.99 for all orders.

Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of carriers including UPS, DHL and FedEx depending on the size of the package, to ensure your package arrives quickly and safely.

Incorrect Address

We will not be responsible for the loss of any parcels sent due to incorrect shipping information. If you accidentally submitted an incorrect address when placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Lost Package

If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us via email. We will do everything in our power to assist you. Change Shipping Address You can change the shipping address of your order before we process it (the package) by contacting us via email.
